Payment
Payment is to be made in Australian dollars and can be paid by cheque, paypal, online banking or credit card.
The above aforementioned types of payment may vary from time to time.
The full amount due will be automatically deducted from your credit card account.
You are not able to make payments by installments.
All prices quoted include Goods and Services Tax unless otherwise stated. Prices may increase or decrease from time to time.
Accepted credit cards are: Visa and MasterCard.
Durafix provides the option to transact Credit card details by way of telephone.
Durafix reserves the right to refuse payment by credit card, direct debit, Paypal or online banking from time to time and will to our best ability provide the customer with other payment options or an alternative payment method.
Durafix staff will not ask for Account pin or Card pin numbers.
Delivery and Delivery Charges
Delivery is within the State/s of the Commonwealth of Australia as specified on this website.
Goods are at our risk until delivered to you or your specified agent.
We will endeavor to deliver your purchase within 3 to 6 working days after receiving your order/payment. Please note that Rural Delivery addresses are dependent on the local courier's schedule and PO boxes (if you have one) are the more preferred option over residential mailboxes.
How are delivery charges calculated? Delivery charges are based on the weight and size measurements of the product purchased packaging and handling.
Delivery charges are calculated and shown as a separate item before you choose to enter your payment details and send the order to be processed.
We may deliver each items ordered separately if we choose for supply or other reasons. If this is the case you will not incur any extra delivery cost.
We do not sell, post, airmail, courier or distribute MAPP, LPG, Butane or Propane gas canisters. It is illegal to post or courier such flammable-dangerous items.
Title and Risk
Your order is not binding until accepted by Durafix and paid in full. We do not ship COD. Goods are at our risk until delivered to you, or in the case of an offshore island address, until delivered to your shipping/receiving agent.
Cancellation and Product Return
You may cancel this order without charge at any time up and until the dime of dispatch of the goods to your address. Any charge to your credit card will be credited.
You may return goods because you have changed your mind and do not wish to use the goods.
You must return the goods in their original condition and packaging and they must be received by us within 30 days of delivery. Durafix may at its option either credit your card excluding handling and delivery costs or credit your specified bank account.
You may return the goods if they are faulty or damaged, or where the goods delivered are not those you ordered.
All goods returned must be in original condition with packaging; include all accessories and the invoice or delivery docket. All goods except faulty goods must be unopened.
Warranties
Durafix gives no express guarantees unless they are in writing. Durafix will repair or replace any goods in such complying with Australian Consumer Law and the Trade Practices Act 1974.
Limitation of Liability
Durafix is not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the material on this website. This includes but is not limited to the loss of data or loss of profit, even in such event Durafix was advised of the possibility of such damages.
